A distance healing session is a supported experience where we focus on your health together. Starting with a short check-in over the phone, we decide what the most important thing is to focus on for you at the time. The session is 15 minutes long. I recommend finding a quiet, comfortable place to sit and relax. We conclude with a quick check-in. It is a simple and uplifting alternative when you cannot make it for in-person healing sessions.
